Steve Strong

Mr. Strong is a founding member and current partner of Stobaugh and Strong.  His civil litigation practice extends to all levels from trial courts to the Washington and U.S. Supreme Courts.  He has practiced law for nearly 50 years.  Since the late 1980s, his practice has emphasized employment class-action claims for compensation and benefits against major employers.

He graduated from the University of Washington in 1970 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the UW School of Law in 1975.  He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1975.

Mr. Strong also participated in many seminars as a lecturer on legal issues in Seattle, San Francisco, and Boston.  The topics of his seminars and lectures included employment law, nonprofit organization, and attorney ethics.  You can read some of his lecture materials, including his employee classification handbook, "An Employee By Another Name Is Still An Employee," under the Legal Resources section of our website.
